PVC & WPC Wall Panelling & Louvers in Mumbai

Fluted walls in a day — no carpenter, no dust, no polish.

Fluted louver panels are the fastest way to make a flat wall look designed. A TV wall, a bed headboard, a reception backdrop — WPC and PVC panels go up on adhesive and pins over an existing painted wall in a day, with no carpentry, no sanding, and no polish smell in the flat for a week.

The material choice is the whole decision. WPC — wood-plastic composite — is denser, holds screws, and takes exterior exposure; PVC is lighter and cheaper and belongs indoors. Both are termite-proof and waterproof, which is more than plywood panelling can claim in a Mumbai monsoon. What neither of them likes is direct, all-day sun through a window, and we will point out where that applies before you choose a finish.

Benefits

Why choose panelling & louvers?

Installed in a day

A full TV or headboard wall goes up in hours — no carpentry, no curing, no polishing.

Waterproof & termite-proof

Neither WPC nor PVC swells, rots, or feeds termites — unlike the plywood it replaces.

Wood, stone & charcoal finishes

Fluted louvers, flat panels, and marble-look sheets in dozens of laminated finishes.

Softens the room

Fluted profiles break up sound reflection — noticeably calmer than a bare plastered wall.

Wipes clean

A damp cloth is the entire maintenance regime; no polish, no re-coating, no annual touch-up.

FAQs

Panelling & Louvers — common questions

Density and where it can go. WPC is heavier, holds a screw, and survives balcony and terrace exposure; PVC is lighter, cheaper, and is an indoor material. For a TV wall inside a flat either works and PVC saves money. For anything that sees weather, WPC is the only correct answer.

Indoors, no. In direct all-day sun through a large window, lighter PVC panels can bow slightly over years and dark finishes can lighten. That is the one location where we suggest WPC in an exterior-grade finish, or a different material entirely.

It needs to be sound and reasonably flat. Panels fixed straight onto a flaking or damp wall will lift with it. Where the wall is uneven we batten first, which costs a little more and is the difference between a flat run of louvers and a wavy one.

Yes, but expect to repair the wall behind it — adhesive and pins leave marks, the same as any fixed panelling. It is worth planning around if you are in a rented flat.

Ask for the panel's fire rating and use fire-retardant grades in commercial premises, corridors, and escape routes. We supply rated panels where the building or the fire NOC requires them — it is a specification, not an upgrade to skip.
